Having recently sold my ninth house through Mike and Starr Freeman I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Having worked with various realtors over the last thirty five years, I would have to say Mike and Starr are by far and away simply the best. Their work ethic and attention to detail is superior to any I've seen. They are constantly willing to go the extra mile not only before, but during and after the sale.

I had a number of other fairly important things happening in my life at the same time as selling the home and Mike and Starr took the ball and ran with it, taking care of all the details involved in marketing, selling and closing the home.

They not only helped me price accurately but an entire entourage of support staff swept through the home making it sparkle like a diamond (interior decorator/stager, professional photographer who did photos, virtual tour, panoramic view and even sketched a floor plan and office staff who toured the home and wrote it up descriptively for the full color brochure).

I have a cousin out of state who has been in real estate for decades and trains realtors on how to do their jobs right. She said of Mike, "This guy really knows his stuff". Another realtor in town said, "Mike really understands how the business works."

Having said all that, Mike and Starr did such a good job of marketing the house and getting it ready and priced right that it sold to the first person who saw it, with back up offers. What is most interesting is that you would now expect to hear that I priced it low to get that kind of quick action. Quite the contrary, Mike and Starr recommended I price it $10,000 higher than what other realtors had told us the comps were coming in at and we got nearly exactly what we listed at. Tell me that is not incredible.

Hats off to Mike and Starr. They are your 'go to' for any real estate needs.
